Types Of High Pressure PU foam machine
Two Components System
Focusing on precise metering and efficient mixing of a standard A/B (polyol + isocyanate) system, it offers easy operation and low maintenance, making it suitable for conventional processes such as polyurethane casting and filling. Compared to three-component and multi-component presses, it offers a more compact structure and lower investment. Unlike cyclopentane high-pressure presses, it does not require an explosion-proof system, making operation safer and less stressful. It is the right choice when your process runs a single, standard POL + ISO formulation.
Cyclopentane Series
The cyclopentane high pressure foam machine is a foaming machine specifically designed for the refrigerator, freezer, and insulated box industries. It is suitable for use with blowing agent systems such as cyclopentane and isopentane. Because cyclopentane is flammable, the equipment is designed with safety features such as an explosion-proof system, nitrogen protection, and explosion venting devices to ensure efficient and safe production.
Multicomponent System
Multi-component high-pressure presses add one or more extra metering stations to a standard two-component system, typically in three-component, four-component or higher configurations. They precisely meter and mix additional materials — a second polyol system, in-line colour, additives or a separate blowing agent — on demand. Choose multi-component when your process needs more than one polyol system, colour change in-line, or the flexibility to switch between formulations, not simply for higher output.
