Water-blown and CFC/HCFC-free
This low-pressure system runs on water-blown and low-GWP blowing agent formulations, so no ozone-depleting CFC or HCFC agents are needed in the panel foam. For importers in the EU and North America this is now a compliance gate rather than a selling point, and the machine is built to work with those formulations out of the box.
Metering error under 0.5% means less wasted chemical
The high-precision low-speed gear pump holds the metering error at 0.5% or less, and the material tank keeps component temperature stable within 2C. Accurate metering and stable temperature mean each panel is shot with the same amount of material, so overfill, short shots and trimmed-off scrap all stay low. 1. Mix the real with the fake
The mold is made of real stone, so even if the raw material is pressed and colored by the mold, it still has an uneven surface and a hard color like a stone, which is very realistic and can almost be faked.

FAQ
Can this machine make PS (polystyrene) wall panels?
No. This is a PU low-pressure foaming machine and it processes polyurethane systems only, not polystyrene. If you are evaluating PS panel lines, PU integral-skin panels are the alternative worth comparing: they carry sharper stone texture and come out of the mould already skinned, with no separate facing step.
Is PU foam wall panel production eco-friendly?
It can be. The machine runs water-blown and low-GWP systems with no CFC or HCFC blowing agents, and metering accuracy of 0.5% or better keeps chemical overuse and trimmed scrap low. The finished panels are also much lighter than natural stone, which cuts freight weight per square metre shipped.
Which model do I need for wall panel moulds?
It depends on the shot weight your panel mould needs. SPU-LS2-800 covers 200-800g per shot and suits small decorative panels.
