Line Configuration
The line includes one PU foaming machine (low- or high-pressure, to suit your product) and a moulding production line. The complete system is customized according to the cushions you need to produce — mould count, carousel layout and output are matched to your volume.
Fabrication Process: From Liquid PU to Finished Seat Pad
Each seat pad is fabricated by metering and mixing the liquid PU components, injecting into a seat-shaped mould, curing and demoulding, then trimming and quality-checking the finished cushion. Mould shape, density and cycle time are configured to your seat cushion specification — confirm exact figures with our team at RFQ stage.
