Memory Foam Pillow Machine
A memory foam pillow machine pours a precise polyol/isocyanate mix into a heated pillow-shaped mold, curing it into open-cell viscoelastic PU foam. Mold temperature and dosing ratio determine the pillow’s density and slow-recovery (memory) feel after demolding.
At Yongjia, our memory foam pillow machine lineup delivers a one-stop solution for memory foam pillows, encompassing raw material formulation, low- and high-pressure foaming machines, aluminum molds, and automated injection production lines. Our equipment ensures precise metering, uniform mixing, and stable molding, giving pillows excellent resilience and support.
Yongjia Memory Foam Pillow Injection Machine
Yongjia’s memory foam pillow injection machines integrate raw material feeding, high- or low-pressure foaming equipment, aluminum molds, and an automated conveying system, enabling integrated production from pouring, molding, and demolding. The line runs stably, producing pillows with uniform foam density and consistent resilience, so slow-rebound and gel-infused pillow lines hold shape batch after batch while keeping labor and material waste down. Automatic PU Foam Injection Molding Machine for Memory Foam Pillows
Yongjia Memory Foam Pillow Mold
Yongjia aluminum pillow molds are designed specifically for memory foam pillow production, using high-strength aluminum for precise cavity dimensions and a smooth surface finish. Aluminum molds offer fast heat conduction and minimal temperature gradients, shortening foam curing times and improving cycle times, while staying lightweight and easy to operate and maintain. Standard, U-shape, and contour cavities are available to match the pillow profiles you sell.

Machine vs. Mold: What This Production Line Covers
This page covers the complete production line: raw material dosing, pouring, in-mold curing, demolding, and post-treatment. A memory foam pillow mold is one component within that line. It shapes and cures a single pillow, while the line’s metering unit, foaming machine, and conveying system keep a sequence of molds moving through the pour-cure-demold cycle. That is also where the capacity difference comes from: a single mold produces one pillow per cure cycle, while a multi-station line overlaps pouring, curing, and demolding across many molds so the machine never waits for one pillow to finish curing.
Compared with a standard flexible foam machine used for car seats or sofa cushioning, a memory foam line runs a different chemistry: viscoelastic polyol systems have a different raw material viscosity, so dosing pressure and mixing must be tuned accordingly, and the mold temperature profile is controlled to develop the slow-recovery, open-cell structure rather than a fast-rebound high-resilience foam, in line with polyurethane industry standards documented by PU Europe. For lower-output or trial production, the same chemistry can also run on a low pressure PU foam machine with matched pillow molds.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between a memory foam pillow machine and a standard flexible foam machine?
The core hardware is similar – tanks, metering pumps, a mixing head – but a memory foam pillow machine is set up for viscoelastic PU formulations. These have a different raw material viscosity and a slower, temperature-sensitive cure, so the dosing ratio control and the heated mold temperature profile are tuned differently from the high-resilience flexible foam used in automotive seating or sofa cushioning.
Can the mold be swapped for different pillow shapes on the same machine?
Yes. The aluminum pillow molds are interchangeable: standard, U-shape, and contour cavities mount on the same line, so one machine can switch between neck pillows, travel pillows, and contour bed pillows by changing the mold set.
What determines the pillow’s rebound (recovery) time?
Mainly the formulation – the viscoelastic polyol system and the polyol/isocyanate ratio – together with mold temperature and curing time. These set the foam’s density and open-cell structure, which is what gives memory foam its slow recovery. Density is also one of the properties checked by memory foam certification programs such as CertiPUR-US.
Is this a standalone machine or a full production line?
It is a full production line. The scope runs from raw material feeding and precise metering, through the foaming machine and heated pillow molds, to demolding and conveying of the finished pillows. Individual components, such as the molds, can also be supplied separately.
