Focusing on precise metering and efficient mixing of A/B materials, it offers easy operation and low maintenance, making it suitable for conventional processes such as polyurethane casting and filling. Compared to three-component high-pressure presses, it offers a more compact structure and lower investment. Unlike cyclopentane high-pressure presses, it does not require an explosion-proof system, making operation safer and less stressful. L type mixing head

L type mixing head

Made of high-strength alloy steel, the channels are precision-ground, making it suitable for casting in molds with limited space. With a mixing ratio accuracy of ≤±0.5%, it can consistently perform over 500,000 castings.

The symmetrical “T”-shaped injection structure and mirror-polished channels ensure more uniform mixing. With a mixing ratio accuracy of ≤±0.3%, it can consistently perform over 500,000 castings even in high-frequency continuous production.

With a flow range of 0.3–300 L/min and a proportional error of less than ±0.5%, it enables long-term continuous operation. Large Component Foam Press Applications

Large parts change what a high pressure foaming line has to do. When a coldroom panel, a garage door leaf or a long decorative cornice is foamed, the reacting mix expands across a wide area at once, and without restraint the part bows, the skin ripples and thickness drifts from one end to the other. That is why large components are foamed in a foam press: the mould sits in a press-type mould carrier that clamps the part flat and holds it dimensionally stable through the whole rise and cure, then releases it as a finished panel or profile.

The large component work this machine is built for:

High-pressure foam (HF) metering is what makes this repeatable on big shots. A high-flow mixing head plus accurate metering pumps deliver a large volume in a short, controlled shot, so the polyol and isocyanate stay on ratio from the first second to the last and the mix reaches the far corners of the mould before the cream time ends. The result on large components is uniform density across the whole area, a smooth closed surface and shot-to-shot consistency that PLC control records and repeats.
