Overview
Our high pressure polyurethane foaming machine is designed for molded integral skin foam production. It meters polyol and isocyanate components and mixes them by high pressure impingement before dispensing the reacting material into a closed mold. The finished part can form a compact outer skin with a cellular foam core, depending on the selected material system and mold process.
