PU Elastomer Casting Machine Polyurethane Universal Wheel Making Machine
Casting type PU elastomer is used to produce MOCA or BDO as chain extender.PU elastomer casting machine has the features of easy operation, safety and wide application. It is suitable for manufacturing various CPUs such as seals, grinding wheels, rollers, sieves, impellers, OA machines, pulleys, buffers and other products.
Feature:
1. Metering pump: high temperature resistance, low speed, high accuracy, random error within ±0.5%.
2. Discharge quantity: Adopt frequency conversion motor with frequency conversion to regulate speed. With high pressure, high precision, fast proportional control is simple and quick.
3. Mixing device: high performance, adjustable pressure, accurate and synchronized discharge, uniform mixing. And the new mechanical structure seal, effectively solve the problem of reflux.
4. Vacuum device: with the characteristics of high efficiency. Special mixing head is used to ensure that the product is bubble-free.
5. Heat-conducting oil adopts electromagnetic heating method, high efficiency and energy saving; multi-point temperature control system to ensure stable temperature and random error <±2℃.
6. PLC and touch screen human-machine interface: with automatic cleaning and rinsing and air blowing function. High stability performance and operability, automatic distinction, diagnosis and alarm for abnormal conditions, and display of abnormal factors.
