The JYYJ-H-V8 is the highest-output hydraulic spray and injection machine in the Yongjia JYYJ line, delivering 2-15 kg/min at up to 36 MPa. A 32 kW hydraulic motor drives stable, high-flow output for large-area spray polyurethane foam insulation, polyurea waterproofing and protective coatings.
Control is by direct button and dial — no PLC — keeping operation simple and maintenance low for crews that need a rugged, high-throughput machine on site. Self-heating hoses and adjustable mixing ratio handle a wide range of PU and polyurea systems.
