The Process
- Head prep — clean and prime the iron head so the urethane bonds and will not peel.
- Conditioning — preheat mould; add pigment to the system for colour.
- Meter, mix, pour — fixed ratio for consistent hardness and surface; fill to avoid voids and flow marks.
- Gel, demould, post-cure.
- Finish — deflash and check weight and surface.
