1)seat PU Foam Mould design from your sample, drawing or 3D file, including gate and vent layout
2)CNC-machined aluminium moulds for PU foam, in open-pour or closed-mould configuration with clamping frame and locating pins 3) Temperature-controlled moulds with water or electric heating, plus vent and gate layout tuned for consistent skin quality and density 4) Trial foaming on our own high- and low-pressure PU machines before shipment, so the mould leaves with a proven shot weight and cycle time
