1. The raw material tank adopts electromagnetic heating heat transfer oil, and the temperature is balanced.
2. High temperature resistant and high precision volumetric gear metering pump is used, with accurate measurement and flexible adjustment, and the measurement accuracy error does not exceed ≤0.5%.
3. The temperature controller of each component has a segmented independent PLC control system, and is equipped with a dedicated heat transfer oil heating system, material tank, pipeline, and ball valve with the same temperature to ensure that the raw materials are kept at a constant temperature during the entire cycle, and the temperature error is ≤ 2 °C .
4. Using a new type of mixing head with a rotary valve, it can accurately spit out, with superior performance, uniform mixing, no macroscopic bubbles, and no material.
5. It can be equipped with a color paste control system. The color paste directly enters the mixing device, and can switch different colors at any time. The mixing is uniform and the measurement is accurate.
