The Fully Automatic Continuous PU Foam Sponge Making Machine is our continuous PU foam production line for flexible foam (sponge) slabstock: a horizontal system that runs continuously rather than pouring one batch at a time. It combines overflow-tank foaming with pouring foaming, breaking through traditional bottom-to-top foaming to deliver stable, high-output foam with more uniform density and cell structure, which lowers waste per cubic metre. The line produces continuous slabstock blocks; cutting them into mattress cores, cushions or packaging shapes is a separate step.
