Product Details

Compress and roll-pack finished pillows into neat, space-saving cylindrical bundles — automatically. Built for pillow, cushion and soft-bedding factories that need to cut shipping volume without adding labor.

Pillow rolling compression packing machine production line

Applicable Products

  • Memory foam pillows, latex pillows, fiber/microfiber pillows
  • Shredded foam / fill pillows
  • Small cushions and bolsters within the width limit below
  • Also usable for quilts and thin blankets per supplier literature — factory confirmation recommended before quoting non-pillow items

Not suitable for: rigid foam blocks, mattresses (a separate mattress compression/rolling line exists), or oversized bedding beyond the max width spec below.

Model Selection

Model B-11-B1 is the core Pillow Rolling / Compression Packing Machine covered on this page. It is often paired with our Pillow Bagging Machine (B-07-A) to form a bag-then-roll or roll-then-bag line — exact sequence to be confirmed with our team for your product. Only one rolling-machine model (B-11-B1) appears in the current source material; if additional model tiers exist, they are not documented here.

Specifications are subject to continuous improvement. Tell us your pillow size and target output and we will confirm the exact configuration.

Capacity Calculator

Using the confirmed output rate of 240–360 pcs/h: approximately 1,920–2,880 pcs per 8-hour shift, 3,840–5,760 pcs per 2-shift (16h) operation, and roughly 50,000–75,000 pcs/month at 26 working days on one shift. This is a machine-side output ceiling — actual line throughput depends on upstream folding/insertion speed and operator staffing.

Production Flow

  1. Finished pillow (already filled and sewn) is fed into the compression chamber/rollers, either manually or from an upstream bagging machine (B-07-A).
  2. Machine compresses the pillow and rolls it into a cylindrical form while feeding a wrap film.
  3. Rolled unit is sealed/wrapped and discharged onto the outfeed conveyor.
  4. Operator removes the compressed roll for cartoning.

Equipment Composition

  • Pillow Rolling / Compression Packing Machine (B-11-B1) — core unit, includes touchscreen PLC control panel
  • Infeed/outfeed conveyor table, integrated with the unit
  • Companion equipment commonly sold alongside (separate machines, pricing confirmed separately): Pillow Bagging Machine (B-07-A); Conveyor feed line (2500×600×1200mm); Foam Cutting/Granulating Machine for offcut recycling — capacity 200–400 kg/h; F-01-C (3-blade) 3200×1150×1340mm/1500kg or F-01-A (2-blade) 2100×1150×1250mm/900kg
  • Consumables required (customer-supplied, not included): wrap/roll film, compressed air supply

Factory / Utility Requirements

  • Electrical supply: three-phase power, 220V (see Specifications above)
  • Compressed air: 0.4–0.7 MPa — air consumption/CFM figure for buyer HVAC/compressor sizing available on request
  • Floor space: minimum footprint should equal machine dimensions above plus operator/material staging clearance

Project Case Studies

Compression packing reduces shipped volume by 60–75%, allowing 2–3x more units per container. Equipment from this product line has been delivered to markets including Iran, Pakistan, and Egypt.

[Customer case study pending — to be added after client permission and details are confirmed. Example: country, pillow type, before/after container loading numbers.]

Frequently Asked Questions

What pillow types can this machine handle?

Memory foam, latex, and fiber-fill pillows up to 550 mm in width. For non-standard shapes or oversized pillows, please contact us to confirm compatibility.

How much can this machine reduce my shipping volume?

Compression packing typically reduces volume by 60–75%, letting you load 2–3x more units per container — based on results from our compression/bagging equipment line. Exact results depend on pillow density and fill type.

Do I need a separate bagging machine, or does this do both?

The B-11-B1 handles compression and rolling. Bagging (sealing the pillow in film before or after compression) is typically done by a separate unit (B-07-A). We can advise on the right combination for your product.

What are the power and installation requirements?

The machine runs on 3-phase 220V power, rated at 6.05 kW, with a compressed air supply of 0.4–0.7 MPa. Machine footprint is 1860 × 1300 × 1040 mm (Machine 890 mm + Cylinder 970 mm).

What is the lead time and how do I get a quote?

Lead time depends on current production schedule and configuration — please submit your product specs (pillow size, target output, film type if known) and our team will confirm pricing and delivery.

Tell us your pillow type, size, target daily output, and destination port — we’ll confirm the right machine configuration, price, and lead time for your factory.
