Yongjia's elastomer machines can be equipped with a colorant dosing system, supporting the simultaneous metering and mixing of up to five colorants. Each colorant is controlled by an independent metering pump, ensuring precise dosing ratios and uniform mixing, meeting customer demands for color diversity and stability in elastomer products.

Yongjia's equipment uses a Siemens PLC control system, integrating automatic metering, temperature control, pressure monitoring, and safety interlocks to ensure a stable and reliable production process. The system supports a multi-language touch interface for simple operation.

Yongjia's elastomer mixing machines are equipped with high-performance mixing heads, machined from high-strength alloy steel. These heads undergo CNC precision grinding and mirror polishing to ensure that materials are thoroughly mixed under high-speed impact without residue. The mixing ratio accuracy can reach ±0.3%.
