The equipment consists of a polyurethane foaming machine (low pressure foaming machine or high pressure foaming machine) and a disc production line. Customized production can be carried out according to the nature and requirements of customers’ products.
Used in the production of polyurethane PU memory pillows, memory foam, slow rebound/high rebound sponge, car seats, bicycle saddles, motorcycle seat cushions, electric vehicle saddles, home cushions, office chairs, sofas, auditorium chairs and other sponge hair foam products.
Easy maintenance and humanization, high production efficiency in any situation; stable machine operation, strict control of components and accurate. The automatic opening and closing mold base and automatic pouring can be selected according to production needs to save labor costs; the disc production line uses a water heating system to heat the mold to save electricity.

  • 1. The diameter of the disc production line is determined according to the customer’s workshop spacing and the number of molds.

    2. The disc is made up of a ladder frame. The ladder frame is mainly welded with 12# and 10# channel steel (national standard). The disk surface is divided into two parts: the load-bearing area and the non-load-bearing area. The area where the formwork is installed is the load-bearing area. The thickness of the steel plate in this area is 5mm, and the thickness of the steel plate in the non-load-bearing area is 3mm.

    3. The turntable is equipped with load-bearing wheels, and the number of load-bearing wheels is only determined by the diameter of the disc and the heavy or light weight. The load-bearing wheel is composed of high-quality bearings inlaid with outer steel sleeves. Make the turntable run more smoothly and be used for a long time.

    4. An annular track is installed under the bearing wheel, and the thickness of the track steel plate is determined by the bearing capacity of the disc.

    5. The main structure skeleton of the turntable is made of national standard I-beam, closed structure, and the disk surface is guaranteed to be flat and not deformed. A thrust bearing is used at the bottom of the center bearing seat to bear the load, and a tapered roller bearing ensures positioning and ensures the accuracy and reliability of rotation.
